General description of the Project:

Goal:

Create a new manufacturing for the Bucket Extrabarreno line through construction of 3 NEW Stations and restoring the 3 existing stations.

Automate processes:

• Make the first punching of the Bananas and holes.
• Make the cut to give the specified length of the sheet.
• Make the rolling of the sheet.
• Perform bending and riveting end of the basket.
• Perform a beveled around the top and bottom of the basket.
• Perform punching 8 Slots around the basket.

The tests to be performed at the station are 4 types:

• Test for water.
• HIGH temperature resistance Test.
• BEAM Measurement or water curtain.
• Maximum pressure on shower Test.

Details:

• There are two types of models, ISX and ISM.
• Rotation simple test because the motor can rotate up to 1500 rpm with a monitored system.
• Supply of oil injected into the engine.
• Air compression function generated at the time of filling the volume of the compressor.

This Project has 7 stations. Its purpose is to assembly the alarm control for FORD units. The assembly line is completely automated, it includes: Pick & Places, Index Tables and COGNEX Vision Cameras.

This Assembly Line includes:
